Have you completed your academic studies? Do you want to put your abilities to the test in a commercial or engineering-based environment? At our company, you will quickly assume responsibility after an induction phase. What is more, you will benefit from our comprehensive range of training opportunities and will continue to develop – both personally and professionally.

Use the time after gaining your bachelor’s degree wisely to get to know Bosch Engineering as an employer over a period of six to twelve months. As a PreMaster, you will be investing in your own personal and professional development. In the process, you will assume duties that come with responsibility in a specialist area related to your intended master’s subject.

The program is complemented by the PreMaster networking event, at which you will have the opportunity to get to know other locations and facilities, departments, and fellow PreMaster candidates.

Throughout the stage of the program spent at the company and the master’s course that follows, you will be supervised and individually advised by your own personal mentor.
