Prototype Construction and Workshops

Our workshops are designed for all vehicle classes and drive systems, from off-highway applications to sports cars and fuel cell systems. We offer space to implement your ideas, for example about autonomous driving, packaging or the networking of systems throughout the vehicle. Our comprehensive know-how enables complex assembly and conversion on prototypes of all kinds. A separate area can also be used by you without our workshop staff and is available to your specialists exclusively.

We turn your ideas into reality. We offer prototyping from components to complete systems. Our services include mechatronic manufacturing solutions such as the electrical assembly of vehicle systems and components (cable harness production) or machining production including CAD/CAM. With our own production and direct cooperation with other developmental areas, we can optimize the development times of the final systems.

Our system integration services support you from the initial concept study to series development. We plan and take over the mechatronic development as well as the mechanical setup and integrate the system with the help of CAD drawings. Our service also includes the adaptation and design of the E/E architecture of the prototype setups. The in-house component prototyping allows for maximum flexibility.
